Process analysis through interviews and a look at processes. We analyse historically grown process structures, check how and with which components you work, recognise media discontinuities, your degree of digitalisation and whether your work tools are sufficiently coordinated.
Technical analysis of your IT architecture, e.g. the ERP system, the purchasing and sales system or your e-commerce workflow.
We inform you about automation potential in service processes, human resources, accounting and procurement.
Furthermore, we give advice on necessary process optimisations and adaptation of the IT architecture.
